How do I place an order?

Place your order with us via bbwarehouse.sg.

We do not accept orders placed via our Facebook page.

How do I keep updated of your latest products and promotions?

“Like” us on our Facebook page or visit us @ bbwarehouse.sg

How long will I get a response from your company?

We will respond to you as soon as we can. Typically we are more responsive during working days, Mon – Fri. If we do miss out any correspondence, appreciate your patience with us.

Is there door to door delivery and what is the minimum purchase amount?

Door to door delivery is free of charge for all purchase above $100. Otherwise a delivery charge will be imposed.

There is a minimum purchase of $100 required to enjoy the free delivery service

We offer a one-time delivery to your stated address within Singapore for every order made.

What time is the delivery time slots? Is there evening or night deliveries?

Our deliveries normally will be:

Mon to Sat:  9am – 9pm
Sun & Public Holiday: Closed.

You can indicate your preferred slots in the comments / remarks section just before you check out and make payment.

Advise to give us more time slots so we can schedule things better.

Once I made payment, how long does it take for items to be delivered?

Delivery will be completed within 3 working days from order submission.

For customers making payment via iBanking/ Paypal, items will be delivered within 3 working days from payment notification.

Will I be notified when delivery is going to happen?

Deliveries will be scheduled and you will be notified roughly 1 day before delivery. Should you require a long time frame or urgent delivery please indicate in the comments, however, this will only happen on a case-by-case basis.

Notifications will be done almost extensively through SMS by our courier partner Roadbull. If the first delivery attempt is failed, Roadbull will SMS you to choose preferred re-delivery time and deliver accordingly. You will be notified of the day and a time frame where delivery will happen so that you needn’t wait the whole day for it. However, this is of course, subject to traffic and weather conditions of the delivery day itself.

What are the mode of payment available?

We currently offer 2 modes of payment:

(i) Credit Card: Please select “credit card / paypal” option and enter the credit card information appropriately. All major credit/debit cards are accepted i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express. (BBWarehouse will absorb Paypal surcharge)

(ii) Paypal: Steps like in (ii) but just enter your Paypal login and password

Can I do an exchange after I have received the items?

There will strictly be no exchange or refund.

We are committed to take measures to ensure that goods are in good condition when you receive them.

If I order today..... can I get it today?

Not really, that’s not possible for us. Our cut off timings are 3pm the day before, anything after that is subject to availability and schedule. Do take note that orders on weekends can only be fulfilled on the following Mon or Tues, depending on schedule.
